Catch of the Day

Woot. Another Father’s Day card… well, not really. I rushed around and dumped everything in my room looking for this card last night! I was really quite upset when I couldn’t find it as I wanted to send the card to my dad. Then I went to the photo file on my computer and it turns out that I took the photo back in April! I think what may have happened is that I sent the card to my dad for his birthday! LOL. Oooops.

This image is another one I got from the swap I mentioned yesterday. If you know who the manufacturer is, please let me know.

Supplies: Stamps: ? and sentiment from CTMH. Paper: Stampin Up, Basic Grey & Karen Foster. Ink: Stampin Up. Accessories: Making Memories Brads, grosgrain ribbon, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Prismacolor Pencils with OMS.

  2. M’dear, you are so good with colors and texture and choosing just the right stamps. This is a wonderful father’s day…oops…father’s birthday card. Love all the great colors and texture on this piece.

  3. AWESOME card, Thanh!
Here is a funny story for you…I work in a call centre, and I had a lady call in and said, “My name is Thanh, it’s spelled…” and I said, “Thanh?” and she was shocked that I knew how to spell it!

  4. This is a great card and I love that image! You can never have too many masculine stamps. I know the few I have get over powered by all the girly ones I own.

  5. What a wonderful card! I think your father enjoyed it!

  6. Love that image and your coloring of him is great. Perfect color combo and paper for this card.
