Dragon Reading and Meeting Sparkle

Happy hump day!!! Woo hoo, the week is half over and Halloween is JUST around the corner!! It’s my FAVOURITE holiday of the year (besides the birthday, of course lol). I’m gearing up for our Halloween

The card I am showing you today is one I made for my roommate for her 30th birthday! She loves reading books and dragons so when I saw this image over at Sweet Pea Stamps, I HAD to get it for her special milestone birthday.

The Basic Grey papers and the use of numbers on a card remind me of how Sparkle makes some of her milestone cards… and I didn’t even realize that I was CASE-ing her until after I finished up.

Speaking of Sparkle – lol – I had SO much fun hanging out with her this past Saturday! The Beau and I met her at Bellevue Square and had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and then she took me to Paper Source and Impress. She is as petite and cute in person as she is in her photos. πŸ™‚ Thanks for hanging out with us, Sparks!

Thanks for stopping by today; enjoy the rest of your day.

Supplies:

Stamps – Book Dragon (Sweet Pea)

Paper – Basic Grey, Stampin Up
Accessories – Copic markers, chipboard numbers (Basic Grey), Labels die (Spellbinders), ribbon (Stampin Up), rhinestones (Kaiser), lace punch (Martha Stewart)
