Summer Cherries Tilda

Hello bloggers! Hope your week is going well so far.

Well… I’m feeling a little down as I write this as the Vancouver Canucks lost to the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup Finals. Ahhh well, there’s always next year!

Summer is slowly peeking out here and teasing us every once in awhile and it inspired me to pull out some fun Magnolia images to colour and make into a card.

This card makes me think of the summer cherries that I always had growing up in the Okanagan. Yummy!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I need that extra little cheer. πŸ™‚

Supplies:
Stamps – Tilda (Magnolia), sentiment (Cornish Heritage Farms)
Ink – Memento (Tsukineko), Creamy Brown (Clearsnap)
Paper – Old Olive, Real Red, Sky Blue (Stampin’ Up!)
Accessories – Copic markers, lace punch (Martha Stewart), ribbon & Modern Label punch (Stampin’ Up!), pearls (Kaisercraft), circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), brad (Creative Memories)

  2. This is just darling! I’m sad that the Canucks didn’t win either!

  3. This is way to cute! Love the cherries! I will not comment on the hockey game! te he he!

  4. This is just too, too sweet! The colors as well as your coloring are outstanding. I am out of this dp and I always loved it so it is especially fun to see you use it now…and so beautifully too!

  5. Oh, this is just beautiful, nice border too πŸ™‚

  6. Thanh, this card is SUPER cute! Love the cherries! It is too bad the Canucks lost…they should’ve won but, they weren’t themselves that entire series…It’s embarrassing what entailed afterwards in the city…I was downtown and it was really eerie…I just hate all of the bad media and how the world is judging Vancouver when really, it doesn’t represent the majority of Vancouverites or British Columbians..just a bunch of dumb punks who were looking for an excuse to start trouble…
