Hello blog readers; I hope you’re having a good Tuesday so far.
I was feeling under the weather today and decided to stay home from work. I had a really busy weekend that consisted of a lot of shopping, a pumpkin patch (as seen in yesterday’s post), a baby shower and a dinner party. Needless to say, my body decided to tell me “I’ve had enough” and so I’m just resting up.
Today’s card is something I made with Close To My Heart’s Hope for Japan stamp set. I wanted to make something that could be altered to represent breast cancer, any cancer support or someone who is going through a hard time. I’ve always been attracted to pale yellows and creams for encouragement cards so this is what I came up:
A simple yet thoughtful card. I used a Stampin’ Up’s retired Script background and the phrase inside states:
Life doesn’t always happen just as we planned, but I plan to be there for you always.
If you know anyone who is going though a hard time, I encourage you to take a moment and let them know you’re there for them. For those of you who are going through something rough yourselves, I am sending an extra hug with positive vibes your way.
Thanks for stopping by today!
