Christmas Card Challenges – Week 15 – Vintage Santa

Happy Sunday… or not such a happy Daylight Savings Time Sunday? lol
I dunno, I have this scheduled to go up for Sunday morning, but as I’m typing this right now, it’s still Saturday evening. From past experience, usually the Sunday of Daylight Savings is not such a good one, lol.
BUT I am here to showcase another Christmas Card Challenge for Week 15 as the March Guest Designer.
For this week’s challenge, we are suppose to make creations from the inspiration photo above. I wasn’t sure how my card was going to turn out, but I am so pleased with it now:
I used a retired stamp that was from Inkspirations; I just love this Santa image!!! I’ve been using my Janome sew mini quite a bit, but this is the first time I had ever sewn ribbon such as this onto my card.
I’d love to see you play along with me over at Christmas Card Challenges! For more info and to see the rest of the Design Team’s creations, please check out the blog here.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope that Daylight Savings didn’t throw your day off (too much)!

Supplies:
Stamps – Gunson Santa (Inkspirations), sentiment (Stampin’ Up!)
Paper – Echo Park, Stampin’ Up!
Ink – Versacolor
Accessories – Copic markers, thread (Sulky), sewing machine (Janome sew mini) ribbon (Stampin’ Up!), Labels 16 (Spellbinders), Dazzling Diamond glue
