Guest Designer: Christmas Card Challenges Week 14

Hi everyone! I hope that you are enjoying your weekend.

I’m popping in today with some exciting news: I’m the March Guest Designer over at the Christmas Card Challenges Blog!!! So for the rest of the Sundays this month, I will be showcasing some early Christmas card inspiration. Yes, believe it or not – I am FINALLY getting a head start on those this year!! *pat on the back* lol I do NOT want to be sitting there at the beginning of December stressed out and pumping out cards like crazy.
The Week 14 Challenge is embossing. This is what I came up with:
If you click on the photo to get a closer look, you can see that I embossed the blue layer with the Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. I know it’s hard to tell, but there is embossing on the card, lol! I wanted a more masculine card and to use these penguins (that I’ve never used – oopsy!) and I’m quite happy with the results. I’m still working on sewing in a straight line so excuse my attempts as I continue to practice. 😛
I’d love to see you play along with me over at Christmas Card Challenges! For more info and to see the rest of the Design Team’s creations, please check out the blog here.
Thanks for stopping by today and enjoy the rest of your weekend! HUGS.
