CHA 2014 Recap | Day 3

Upon the third day of CHA, I finally remembered to take a photo of our view of Anaheim. Good morning, mr. sun! Warning, today’s post is photo heavy!

Little B seriously knocked it out of the ballpark. This sentiment die set is perfect for those everyday cards and pocket style scrapbooking. After seeing the Perfect Positioner in action, I totally understand why it was a  a CHA Top 20. I drooled over all their different washi tapes in multiple widths. IMG_4213 IMG_4215 IMG_4217

For all you mixed media buffs, these next photos are for you! Lots more stencils for 2014. IMG_4196 IMG_4200 IMG_4198

I wish I had remembered this food truck’s name at CHA, but their Santa Fe fries were delicious!

My favourite set of flowers from Prima

Wood grain continued to be a hit this year! Love these gorgeous wood sheets from ARC Crafts.

While I’m a Copic girl, Kaiser now offers 168 alcohol markers themselves!  IMG_4241

We R Memory Keepers had so many new things but my favourite were the “Instagram albums.” They are perfect for those like me who are intimidated by 12×12 pocket page scrapbooking.

AHA Arts is another one to watch for. You may already know of Ashley G from Urban Outfitters and Land of Nod, but she’s now launched her own stamp line! The possibilities are endless with Ashley’s images; you can create your own patterned paper, mixed media art, stationary and personal cards!I adored chatting to her and her mom and you will be seeing projects using her stamps VERY soon on my blog.

Dinner was quick as Suzanne and I had somewhere to be by 7pm. We stopped by Saffron at Fig at 7th for some Indian food.

On the way out, we both couldn’t help but pick up dessert from Sprinkles

Then we arrived at our venue for the evening… I was able to watch a live hockey game of my home team, the Canucks vs. LA Kings

IMG_4270 As blurry as this photo turned out, I felt that I needed to include it as it was capturing the moment. IMG_4277 Day 4 and wrap up on Friday.
