Portland Weekend | Copic Workshop

Oi! I just wanted to reiterate for hanging in there with me the last couple of weeks. They have been crazy with travelling, a medical incident (not me and it’s all good now), and just catching up in between the travelling.

Last weekend (March 21-23), I travelled down south to Seattle via bus and then was picked up by the Smiths at the Sea Tac airport to further travel down to Portland. My Twinsie, Sparkle, and I were signed up for the Copic Whimsical Faces and Hair workshop that took place on the Saturday. It was a fast weekend and I didn’t even realize we did so much in 48 hours until Sparkle blogged about it.

Our instructor was Debbie Olson. Thanks for all the tips, Debbie!

After the class, we met up with my friend Didi and her beau at Pine State Biscuits. Portland and specifically, the Alberta Arts District has a soft spot in my heart and when Didi suggest Pine State for eats, I didn’t hesitate to say YES!

Didi’s lovely nails as well as munching on Canadian candy that I brought down.

So glad to see Ashley’s AHA Arts sets up at Collage down the street. So glad to see Lawn Fawn there, too. Currently so in love with both of these companies.

This is my Portland haul. All items from Craft Warehouse, Collage and Joy of Forever. Wish that I had gotten more Plus One items, but it was sold out everywhere!

I’ll get back to normal very soon, but I thought I would document this fun weekend here first.
